Developing a passion for music early on in life, I grew up playing drums and singing in vocal jazz ensembles throughout middle and high school, traveling nationwide to perform at music festivals/competitions.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree at the University of Miami’s Frost School of Music on a drumset performance scholarship while also completing a pre-health curriculum with plans to attend medical school. The heavy workload from these programs left me little time to explore music on my own terms. It wasn’t until after college, while working in healthcare in Nashville, that I considered pursuing a career in the music industry.
I became heavily fascinated with music production/engineering and began teaching myself these skills while starting to write my own songs/compositions. With a initial focus on writing music for TV and film, I landed my first publishing deal with a Nashville-based production music company a few months after beginning my catalog. From there, I dove further into the niche part of the music industry known as sync licensing while continuing to play gigs around the Nashville area.
As my skills progressed, I slowly built a collaboration network of artists, producers, and writers through projects spanning many different genres/styles. My music is currently being pitched worldwide for placement opportunities to clients such as Nike, Apple, Netflix, Hulu, and more. I’ve completed many different projects ranging from artist collaborations, original work, custom music for brands, academic creative projects, and more. My work has been signed with multiple sync companies and has been featured on international broadcast television. Additionally, my credits have accumulated over 50k streams and continue to grow.
The next chapter of my music career begins as I have recently relocated to Orange County, California to help begin a family-run recording studio in Mission Viejo, California.
